What kind of products does Bunch Shop sell?

We sell premium dry fruits, nuts, and seeds — including almonds, cashews, walnuts, pistachios, raisins, dates, figs, and much more. Everything is freshly packed and naturally sourced, with no added preservatives or artificial flavours.

Are your products natural and preservative-free?

Yes, always. We do not add any preservatives, artificial colours, or flavour enhancers to our products. What you get is the real thing — just as nature intended.

Are your products organic?

We source from trusted, high-quality farms and suppliers. While not all products carry a certified organic label, we prioritise natural, clean sourcing without chemicals or additives. Products that are certified organic will be clearly labelled on their product page.

Are your products suitable for vegetarians and vegans?

Yes. All our dry fruits, nuts, and seeds are 100% plant-based and suitable for vegetarians and vegans.

Do you offer gift packs or combo boxes?

Sourcing & Quality

Where do you source your dry fruits from?

We source directly from trusted farms and suppliers across India and internationally — Kashmiri walnuts, California almonds, Iranian pistachios, and more. Every batch is quality-checked before packing.

How do you ensure freshness?

We pack in small, frequent batches to ensure you always receive freshly packed products. Our packaging is designed to lock in freshness and extend shelf life without any chemical assistance.

How are your products packed?

All products are vacuum-sealed or packed in food-grade, airtight pouches to preserve freshness, aroma, and nutritional value.

Are your products tested for quality?

Yes. Every batch goes through quality checks for appearance, taste, moisture content, and cleanliness before being packed and dispatched.

Shipping & Delivery

Where do you deliver?

We deliver across India. Whether you're in a metro or a smaller town, we've got you covered.

How long does delivery take?

Standard delivery takes 4–7 business days depending on your location. Metro cities typically receive orders faster (2–4 days). You'll receive a tracking link via SMS/email once your order is dispatched.

Do you offer free delivery?

Yes! We offer free delivery on all orders above ₹499. For orders below ₹499, a small shipping fee applies at checkout.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Yes, COD is available across most pin codes in India. You can select COD at checkout. A small COD handling fee may apply on certain orders.

Can I track my order?

Absolutely. Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via SMS and email. You can use this to track your order in real time on our courier partner's website.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only deliver within India. International shipping is something we're working on — stay tuned!

What if my order is delayed?

If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery date, please contact us at care@bunchshop.com and we'll sort it out immediately.

Orders & Payments

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major payment methods via Razorpay: UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), Credit & Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, RuPay), Net Banking, Digital Wallets, and Cash on Delivery (COD).

Is it safe to pay on Bunch Shop?

Yes, completely. All payments are processed securely via Razorpay, one of India's most trusted payment gateways. We do not store your card or payment details.

Can I modify my order after placing it?

We process orders quickly, so modifications may not always be possible. Please contact us within 1 hour of placing the order at care@bunchshop.com. We'll do our best to accommodate changes before the order is packed.

Can I cancel my order?

Cancellations are accepted within 12 hours of placing the order, as long as it hasn't been dispatched. To cancel, email us at care@bunchshop.com with your order number. Once dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled.

I didn't receive an order confirmation email. What should I do?

Please check your spam/junk folder first. If it's not there, contact us at care@bunchshop.com with your name and phone number and we'll locate your order.

My payment was deducted but I didn't get an order confirmation. What do I do?

Don't worry — this sometimes happens due to a network issue. The amount will either be auto-refunded within 5–7 business days, or the order will be confirmed. Email us at care@bunchshop.com and we'll resolve it within 24 hours.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We accept returns or replacements if: you received a wrong product, the product arrived damaged or tampered, or the product quality is significantly different from what was described. We do not accept returns for change of mind or taste preference, as our products are perishable food items.

What should I do if I receive a damaged or wrong product?

We're sorry about that! Please email us at care@bunchshop.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damaged/wrong product and packaging. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.

How long does a refund take?

Once your refund is approved, it will be credited back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. For COD orders, refunds are processed to your bank account via NEFT.

Discounts & Offers

Do you have a discount for first-time buyers?

Yes! Use code BUNCH15 at checkout to get 15% off your first order. Valid for new customers only and applies to all products.

Where do I apply a discount code?

Enter your discount code in the "Discount Code" field at checkout, before completing payment. The discount will be applied automatically.

Can I use multiple discount codes on one order?

Only one discount code can be applied per order.

Do you run seasonal sales or festive offers?

Yes! We run special offers during Diwali, Eid, Christmas, and other festive seasons. Follow us on Instagram (@shop.bunch) to be the first to know.

Do you offer bulk or wholesale pricing?

Yes, we offer special pricing for bulk orders (corporate gifts, event gifting, resellers). Email us at care@bunchshop.com with your requirements and we'll send a custom quote.

Storage & Freshness

What is the shelf life of your products?

Shelf life varies by product and is printed on the packaging. Most of our dry fruits and nuts have a shelf life of 6–12 months when stored correctly.

How should I store dry fruits and nuts after opening?

Once opened, transfer the contents to an airtight container and store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Refrigeration is recommended in warm or humid climates.

Can I refrigerate or freeze dry fruits?

Yes, refrigerating or freezing extends shelf life significantly. Make sure the product is in an airtight container before refrigerating to prevent moisture absorption.

My product smells different from what I expected. Is it spoiled?

Natural dry fruits can have a strong or distinctive smell — this is normal. However, if you notice a rancid smell, visible mould, or unusual texture, stop consuming and contact us immediately with photos.
