1. Shipping Regions
We ship Pan India to all states and union territories across India.
2. Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 24 hours of payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed the next business day.
- You will receive an email / SMS with tracking details once dispatched.
3. Estimated Delivery Times

Deliveries occur Monday through Saturday, excluding Sundays and public holidays.
4. Shipping Charges
- Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on order weight, dimensions, and destination.
- Free shipping on orders above ₹499 (subject to ongoing promotions).
5. Order Tracking
- Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking link with the courier name and tracking ID via email / SMS.
- Tracking may take up to 24 hours to reflect on the courier's website after dispatch.
6. Delayed, Lost, or Damaged Shipments
- We are not liable for delays due to force majeure, courier disruptions, weather, or strikes.
- If your order is lost or undelivered beyond the expected window, contact us and we will initiate a carrier claim.
- If you receive a damaged or tampered package, refuse delivery or document with photos and notify us within 24 hours at support@bunchshop.com.
7. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery
- Please ensure your delivery address is accurate and complete at checkout.
- If delivery fails due to wrong address or unavailability, additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.
- If the package is returned to us, you can choose to pay re-shipping or receive a refund minus original shipping cost.
