1. Our Commitment

At Bunch Shop, every product is freshly packed and quality-checked before it leaves our facility. If something isn't right, we'll make it right — no hassle.

2. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns or replacements in the following cases:

  • Damaged or tampered packaging — Refuse delivery or contact us within 24 hours with photos.
  • Wrong product delivered — If you received a different product from what you ordered.
  • Defective or spoiled product — Unusual smell, taste, or appearance upon opening.
  • Missing items — If an item from your order was not included.

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind or personal preference
  • Opened and partially consumed products (except quality issues)
  • Requests raised after 7 days of delivery

3. Return Window

All requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

4. How to Request a Return or Replacement

  1. Email support@bunchshop.com with your order number
  2. Attach clear photos or a video of the product and packaging
  3. Briefly describe the issue

Our team responds within 1-2 business days. Return shipping is covered by us for valid claims.

5. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned product.
  • Credited to the original payment method (UPI, card, net banking, wallet).
  • Bank processing may take an additional 2-5 business days.

6. Replacements

Prefer a replacement? We dispatch a fresh product at no extra charge once your claim is verified, subject to stock availability.

7. Order Cancellations

  • Cancel before dispatch by emailing support@bunchshop.com or calling +91 81697 53142.
  • Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible. Initiate a return after delivery.
  • Refunds for cancelled orders processed within 3-5 business days.
